Who we are

Brilliant practitioners,
invisible online.
We built Thinkbig
to close that gap.

Why we built this

A decade in clinics.
A career in AI.
One realisation.

Most clinics doing genuinely great work are invisible online. Not because the care is lacking, but because the people delivering it are too stretched, too compliance-conscious, and too time-poor to market themselves the way they deserve.

Nicola spent close to a decade inside that world, working with medical aesthetics and wellness brands, watching brilliant practitioners lose patients to better-branded competitors who weren't half as good. Ed spent his career in music and tech, as an early adopter of AI at a senior level, and saw what it could do when someone actually knew how to use it.

The realisation was simple. AI could give independent clinics the marketing capability of a major brand, without the budget or the team that had always made that impossible. But only if the people building the system understood the clinical environment, the compliance obligations, and the trust that takes years to earn and seconds to lose.

That's what we built TBM to be. Senior marketing expertise, deep knowledge of the clinic world, and AI infrastructure that actually works together, because that combination is exactly what's been missing.

Growth & Scaling

Spent his career across major labels at Sony Music and Universal Music Group, then four years as CMO in blockchain and crypto. He was working seriously with AI before most agencies had a position on it.

At Think Big Media, Ed handles the technical side: the infrastructure and systems that give independent clinics access to marketing capability they've never had before. AI search visibility, paid performance, CRM integration... the things that have always been out of reach for independent practices.

His background in high-growth environments means he knows how to scale what's working and cut what isn't, fast.

Our position

Why health practices
choose us.

01

We know the sector

We've spent a decade inside medical aesthetics and health marketing. We know AHPRA, we know the patient psychology, and we know what actually drives a booking decision versus what just looks good in a report.

02

We're honest about what works

We don't sell channels. We don't have a social media package we need to fill. We start with your situation and tell you what will actually move the needle, even if that's less than what you were expecting to buy.

03

We're genuinely independent

No network affiliations, no required platform spend, no referral arrangements. We recommend what's right for your practice. That independence is worth more than it sounds.

04

We work internationally

Our clients include practices in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and across global aesthetics brands. Different markets, same methodology: brand first, trust second, growth third.

Let's find out if
we're the right fit.

We're selective about who we work with, because we only take on practices we genuinely believe we can help. The audit is free, and you'll leave with useful information either way.
